As soon as your job is finished, notify the off-hire of your rented machine directly online. Once your notification has been received, Luibl Rental & Sales will send you a written off-hire confirmation - only then is the notification legally valid and the rental period ends on the agreed date.

Off-hire in 3 steps

1. Fill in the form - enter the Luibl ID or machine number, the order and customer number and your contact details.
2. Provide collection details - name the contact person, loading point, where the machine key is left, and the date and time from which the machine is ready for collection.
3. Send the request - after checking, you will shortly receive your written off-hire confirmation by e-mail.

Important for a smooth collection

• The machine is freely accessible at the stated time
• The key is ready at the stated location
• The contact person can be reached on site
