Magni telehandler rental - top performance at height

Magni stands for a class of machine that breaks conventions: a roto telehandler of the RTH series replaces a crane, an aerial work platform and a forklift on site at the same time. Luibl provides this top technology as rental equipment - with a valid inspection under Government Regulation No. 378/2001 Coll. and its own heavy-haulage logistics; delivered by low-loader from Passau throughout the Czech Republic. Anyone who needs maximum lift height, load capacity or rotating flexibility for a project gets the right Magni configuration at Luibl - including the matching attachment and on-site technical support.

Magni Roto (RTH series) rental - 360-degree rotation, up to 51 m lift height

The RTH series is the technical core of the Magni rental fleet at Luibl. The decisive feature is continuous rotation: the boom turns 360 degrees without an end stop, without the machine having to be repositioned or manoeuvred. This considerably reduces downtime on confined sites.

Lift heights and load capacities of the RTH series: The model range covers lift heights from 17 m to 51 m. The Magni RTH 6.51 is the highest telehandler available worldwide in its class - with 51 m lift height and a rated load capacity of 6 t. Specific application scenarios:

  • Wind farm maintenance: Service technicians reach nacelles and rotor hubs without a separate crane boom. The RTH 6.51 positions the work basket exactly at working height - continuous rotation compensates for tight set-up conditions between the tower foundations.

  • High-bay warehouse construction: Steel structures up to 45 m high are erected without moving the machine between installation sections. Thanks to 360-degree rotation, repositioning is eliminated completely.

The hydrostatic drive of all RTH models ensures smooth, precise manoeuvring - even on slopes and gravel. The configuration with four independently extendable outriggers allows set-up on uneven ground without compromises on support plates.

Safety through automatic attachment recognition (RFID)

All current Magni RTH models feature RFID-based attachment recognition. The system automatically identifies the mounted tool and adjusts the load chart in the control computer. The LMI (Load Moment Indicator) monitors in real time whether the combination of outreach, lift height and load is within the permitted range. Overloading is actively prevented - not just indicated.

The Magni cab is another differentiating factor: large glazed areas with an optimised view of attachments and load pick-up, an ergonomic touch display for machine control and - for refurbishment work with dust exposure - a pressurised cab that prevents asbestos or mineral fibre dust from entering. For the operator this means: no respiratory protection in the cab, full concentration on the work.

Attachments available with Magni RTH rental at Luibl: forks, wide-spread forks, work baskets, winches, bucket equipment, load hooks. Attachment requirements are recorded directly in the rental quote.

Magni heavy-duty telehandler rental (HTH series)

The HTH series is designed for projects where standard machines reach their physical limits. Load capacities between 10 t and 50 t, designed for continuous loads in harsh environments: reinforced concrete construction, quarries, marble extraction, installation of heavy machinery components.

The difference between fixed TH models and the HTH heavy-duty class lies not only in load capacity: HTH machines have reinforced telescopic booms, an adapted outrigger configuration for extreme ground pressures and an extended load chart that allows high loads even at maximum outreach.

Normative basis: Magni HTH machines are manufactured and tested to EN 1459-2 (safety requirements for slewing variable-reach trucks). Luibl supplies rental machines only with a currently valid inspection record under Government Regulation No. 378/2001 Coll. - no expired inspection deadlines, no compromises on conformity records.

Logistics for heavy-duty machines: A 50-tonne HTH machine does not travel on a standard low-loader. Luibl coordinates the heavy haulage including official permits, escort vehicles under Act No. 361/2000 Coll. and on-site briefing. One contact for machine and logistics.

Applications: where Magni machines make the difference

Bridge construction and infrastructure: Roto telehandlers of the RTH series position formwork elements and precast parts with precise 360-degree control - without waiting for a crane. A lift height of up to 51 m is enough even for bridges with large clearance heights.

Steel construction and hall assembly: Steel elements weighing up to several tonnes are lifted to exact installation positions. The LMI prevents overload situations even with changing outreach during installation.

Refurbishment and demolition: The pressurised cab of the Magni RTH models allows work in contaminated areas (asbestos, mineral fibre) without cab contamination. Operators work in a protected interior - operator obligations under applicable Czech safety rules remain entirely with the client.

Mining and quarrying: HTH heavy-duty models are designed for gravel, broken material and extreme ground loads. Load capacities of up to 50 t cover heavy material transport in extraction operations.

CO2 efficiency through optimised load paths: Magni roto machines replace the combination of forklift and mobile crane on many sites. Fewer machines in use means fewer diesel hours, fewer transport emissions and a smaller equipment footprint on site.

Insurance cover and claims handling for Luibl rental machines

All rental machines are covered through Luibl under the lessor's liability insurance. Renters are required to provide evidence of valid machinery insurance (all-risk or comparable) for the rental period or to book it optionally through Luibl. In the event of damage: report it to Luibl immediately, the renter documents the damage, and it is then handled directly through Luibl - no contact with third-party workshops required. Luibl technicians carry out the initial assessment on site.
