Excavators for rent at Luibl Rental - from mini excavator to wheel loader

We offer you compact yet powerful excavators - that is the best way to describe our construction machinery. Our mini excavators are equipped with a quick-coupler system, an adjustable crawler undercarriage and a dozer blade. The high-quality mini excavators and wheel loaders for rent are ideal for fast earthmoving in small spaces. Our excavators are also used mainly on private properties or in road and path construction. These are just some of the applications of our mini excavators for rent. Are you looking for a wheel loader, crawler excavator or mini excavator? Simply send us an enquiry and we will promptly tell you the price including delivery.

Applications of our excavators

Our robust mini excavators are designed primarily for earthmoving in confined spaces. Rent a mini excavator to work effectively in gardening, landscaping, road and path construction and for excavation work around green areas and the house. This lets you easily dig trenches for drainage or utility lines, carry out excavation and foundation work and dig out small areas for parking spaces, footpaths or driveways. Our mini excavators weigh approx. 1 - 2 tonnes and can therefore be transported flexibly, for example on a trailer behind a car. The mini excavators for rent are fitted with a monoblock swing boom (mono = one-piece), a stable boom with high load capacity. Our mini excavators have a high tearout force and breakout force; with maximum digging depth and the robust crawler undercarriage, our construction machines impress in a wide variety of applications.

Rent top safety equipment

All our rental mini excavators weighing 1 - 2 tonnes run on rubber tracks. The rubber tracks prevent damage to sensitive surfaces such as asphalt, screed or lawns. The mini excavators have an adjustable track width and a dozer blade, which gives you not only optimum stability on the construction site but also agile manoeuvring through narrow passages. The quick-coupler system fitted to our excavators allows you to change between different buckets quickly. You can rent the attachments - depending on the project - directly from us as well. We attach great importance to safety, which is why important safety features are fitted: in the mini excavator segment, depending on the type, we have TOPS roll bars and ROPS/TOPS safety cabs for rent.

Our crawler excavators for rent

Because of their very compact design, our crawler excavators are often referred to as compact excavators. If you rent a crawler excavator, you get an agile excavator whose tail does not swing out, or barely extends beyond the crawler undercarriage. The crawler excavator also has a monoblock swing boom (mono = one-piece). Besides the counterweights, the crawler undercarriage and the robust dozer blade ensure greater stability. Take these factors into account when renting the excavator. Our crawler excavators are used, for example, in road construction and civil engineering. Our crawler excavators weigh from 3.5 tonnes to 5 tonnes, have a lift height of 5 metres to 6 metres and an outreach of approx. 5 metres. Are you looking for an aerial work platform for skilled installation work instead? We are at your side as a company here too.

Where rental excavators are used

Crawler excavators are particularly suitable for work in cramped conditions, for example in civil engineering or on road construction sites. There is no danger here of the excavator tail swinging into traffic.

Our heavier crawler excavators for rent

Our heavier crawler excavators are mostly used on large construction sites, for example in civil engineering or road construction, because of their great lift height, wide outreach and large digging depth. Thanks to their large digging depth, they are popular rental machines for digging building pits. Excavators are also very well suited for loading soil, gravel or rubble. With the robust steel tracks and a powerful engine, the crawler excavator can be driven reliably and safely through rough terrain. Our versatile crawler excavators are ready for rent in our excavator range. Our crawler excavators weigh from 8.5 tonnes to 30 tonnes, have a lift height of 7 metres to 10 metres and an outreach of 7 metres to 11 metres. With one of our excavators you can carry out any project!

Rent excavators with the best engines

Our modern crawler excavators are suitable for every task in building construction, civil engineering and road construction. The special steel tracks on our excavators effectively protect the ground. The powerful engines meeting the EU Stage V emission standard also deliver their performance. They manage gradients of up to 35 degrees and travel speeds of max. 5 - 6 km/h. You can rent our crawler excavators with a monoblock arm or a hydraulic adjustable boom. The compact dimensions make it easy for you to rent the excavator and use it on site. Besides the spacious safety cab, automatic air conditioning or heating and the ergonomic seat with seat heating ensure comfortable work.

Which excavator do I need for my project?

While our mini excavators are rented for projects around the house and garden, our reliable crawler excavators of all classes are very powerful in demanding earthworks. Depending on the model, our excavators are equipped with a monoblock swing boom for high load capacity or a hydraulic adjustable boom for more flexibility. Depending on the project, our high-quality excavators provide substantial support in digging pits, levelling and grading. They are very easy to control.

The project requirements, such as digging narrow trenches or excavating a pond, and the associated tasks determine not only the excavator model but also the accessories needed. We rent out a wide range of attachments.

The integrated quick-coupler system makes it easy to fit attachments quickly. The dozer blade is used to stabilise the excavator while digging or to level a surface. Excavators with a cab can be fitted with a radio. From a dead weight of 3.5 t they also have a short-tail design for slewing within the machine contour. If you have any questions about rental, attachments, accessories etc., please contact our customer service by e-mail or phone. We will be happy to help.

FAQ: Excavator rental

chevronDown

What size of excavator do I need?

The decisive factors are digging depth, reach and space conditions. Mini excavators work where access and swing space are tight, for example in landscaping or in inner courtyards. For excavation and demolition on a larger scale, crawler excavators are the right class.

What is the difference between an excavator and a wheel loader?

The excavator digs with a bucket on a movable boom and works from a stationary position. The wheel loader pushes and loads with its bucket and is fast over short distances. For excavation choose the excavator, for material handling the wheel loader.

What attachments are available for excavators?

In addition to digging and trenching buckets, these include sorting grabs, demolition hammers, compaction plates and ditch-cleaning buckets. Attachments are priced separately and change the operating weight - state the intended use and we will put together the right combination.

Do I need a licence to operate an excavator?

Operating earthmoving machinery on company premises requires the required operator qualification in line with applicable Czech safety rules and a written authorisation by the employer. The qualification is usually proven by an appropriate operator card.

Crawler excavator or wheeled excavator?

Crawler excavators distribute their weight better, are more stable on soft and uneven ground and are the norm in heavy earthworks. Wheeled excavators are faster between sites and are gentler on paved surfaces.

How does the excavator get to the construction site?

By our own low-loader fleet from Passau. Delivery and collection are listed separately from the machine rental and depend on distance, transport weight and access. Check in advance whether a low-loader can reach the set-up position.

How much does it cost to rent an excavator?

The rate depends on operating weight, attachments, rental period and transport. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are staggered; the longer the rental period, the lower the effective daily rate. Included are the inspected machine, maintenance during the rental period and technical advice.

Do I have to have underground utilities checked before excavating?

Yes. Before earthworks, you must obtain statements from the utility network operators and clarify the position of cables and pipes. This obligation lies with the client or the executing contractor, not with the rental company.
